･You acknowledge that I am a digital illustrator and that my work is only digital, meaning
there will be no shipment of physical products.･My work is for personal and private use only. Therefore, I do not allow the use of my art for
unauthorized lucrative or commercial purposes unless commercial use is granted at the
specific time the order is placed.･As an artist, I still hold all the absolute rights of my works. This includes: publishing the
product on my social media, add it as part of my portfolio (including work on art books and
editorial projects), sell prints of my works (previously commissioned or not); unless agreed
otherwise with the client.･ I'm only going to work with my drawing style, don't ask me to imitate someone else's art, that's disrespectful for the person and for me too.･ You only have 3 free changes in your commission, from there I will start to charge $ 3 for each change, but if I am responsible for the error I will not charge and I will change it for free･ I can only make small changes once the commission is finished･Neither the commissioner nor anyone else is authorized to edit, track, copy or remove the
watermark from the finished product. You cannot claim my art as your own, even in the case
of a paid commission. Credits to me (© Mr. Uru; the artist) or a link that leads to my social
media must be given explicitly each time the art is exhibited.
I will not be responsible if you do not read my conditions before placing an order.
If you have not read or you do not agree with my conditions, your commission may be canceled and you may be blacklisted. If you are commissioning me you have to agree to my terms and I am not responsible for any inconvenience if you do not read them.
I WON'T WORK ON:- Stolen characters or art replica.
- Hateful or discriminatory content towards a specific person or group.
- NSFW art with real, canonical, or apparent minors.
- Portraits or representations in a realistic way/style.
- Content I do not know how to do such as furries or mecha.I CAN WORK ON:
- Drawing, illustration, or character sheet
- Fanarts and ships/couples.
- An illustration based on a photo.
- Any other option can be considered.
To place your order I need you to do different things depending on what you require.If what you wish is a drawing of an original character (OC), you should send reference
images or drawings (for example, an image that helps me know the type of hair, clothing,
etc). I will need a description of the character physically and in personality. If possible, tell
me about their story, this could help me in getting to know the character and how I could
make the drawing more according to them.In the case of a fanart, you must describe the situation you want, the poses, the character(s),
and so on.For an illustration based on a photo, I can draw the picture you send or a specific situation
using the image as a reference. If you wish for a drawing of a real person, the design will
not be realistic, it will be done in my art style.
PROCESS AND PAYMENT DETAILS
- I reserve the right to reject your order if I feel uncomfortable or cannot work on it.- The full payment will be sent before the commission starts or with the approval of the sketch in the case of a very detailed drawing, and only through the Paypal invoice.- Editing can be done during the sketch or outline phase. Once the design is approved, I
start working on the Lineart, flat colors, shading, and background. A preview of the sketch
will be only sent before I finish working on the commission, therefore if you wish to see
intermediate WIPs for Lineart or flat colors, ask in advance.- The response time for the completion of the commission will vary depending on the type of
artwork, ranging from 3 days to 1 week. Deadlines and rush orders can be discussed. If
something happens that delays the order, I will communicate it in advance.- The finished product is delivered through the website where the communication with the client was made or by email, as preferred by the commissioner. As a recommendation, by email you can better see the quality of the product. Depending on the drawing, you will be sent a version with a background and another without one (Ex: in cases of chibis commissions).- I do not allow chargebacks or PayPal disputes. For any issue, or if you want to discuss a
refund, you can contact me at any time. I will gladly clarify any concerns you may have.
Refunds will be available in different percentages depending on the status of the commission:The refunds will be available in different percentages depending on the status of the
commission, if I cannot complete your order or it has taken me more than 3 weeks.- The 90% of the total price will be refunded on the sketch phase.- The 60% of the total price will be refunded in the outline stage.- The 30% of the total price will be refunded in the base coloring phase.- NO refunds will be given once on the shading phase, or if the commission is completed.You can ask about the status of your commission or WIPs at any time
Remember that I am not working alone with you, I have more clients, therefore it is normal that I may be late. Once a month has passed and you do not have your commission, you can request a refund.
